 Katarina Jaksic Arthur joined Phillips Ballenger in 2021, shortly after graduating from the Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada, Las Vegas in May 2021. Kat received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in English from UNLV in 2018. Kat's practice areas include Estate Planning, Business Formation + Planning, and Trust Administration. Kat also handles funding coordination, ongoing LLC + Corporate maintenance for our clients, as well as premarital and postmarital agreements. Kat brings multiple years of experience in estate law, having served as a law clerk in the areas of estate planning and probate with a local firm, as well as a judicial externship with Probate Commissioner Wesley Yamashita in the 8th Judicial District Court, Las Vegas, NV. Kat was born in Serbia and has lived in Las Vegas for over 20 years. She loves all the sunshine that Las Vegas generously offers! Kat also enjoys traveling and her favorite place by far is Greece. Her next dream vacation would be either Switzerland or Japan. Away from the office, you can find Kat indoor cycling, spending time with her husband and their dogs, Andy and Kodak, or soaking up the sun with her friends and family poolside.
